Absolutely! The first step is to schedule a General Consultation. During your virtual visit, we'll discuss your goals, evaluate your concerns, and determine the most appropriate treatment plan, including any recommended next steps or services.

Book a consultation! Every client is unique, and so are their goals. To ensure we select the most appropriate service, treatment plan, or style for your desired results, I recommend scheduling a General Consultation. This allows us to discuss your concerns, assess your needs, and create a personalized plan tailored specifically to you.

Results vary from client to client based on individual factors and the service received. However, most clients notice an improvement after just one treatment, whether the results are subtle or more significant. The longevity of your results depends on proper aftercare, consistency, and following the recommended treatment and homecare plan given to you.

To help you get the most out of your appointment, we recommend avoiding caffeine and energy drinks on the day of your visit, as they may cause jitters and contribute to dehydration.
Please arrive on time—or a few minutes early—to allow yourself time to locate the building, become familiar with the entrance, and find the studio without feeling rushed.
If you're a skincare client, come hydrated and bring photos of your current skincare products or regimen. This way we can accurately review what you're using.
If you're a lash or brow client, inspiration photos are always helpful for communicating your desired look.
For post-operative and body contouring clients, we recommend eating a light meal or snack before your appointment and arriving well-hydrated to help you feel your best during treatment.

Follow-up appointments vary depending on the service and your individual treatment plan. In general, lash and brow clients return every 2–4 weeks, skincare clients every 4–8 weeks, body contouring clients every 2–6 weeks, and post-operative clients every 2–7 days. These timeframes are general guidelines and may vary based on your goals, progress, lifestyle, and your provider's professional recommendations.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. We understand that unexpected situations arise, and communication is key. If you anticipate needing to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, you will be charged the remaining balance of your scheduled service. This policy also applies to appointments booked within 24 hours of the appointment time.
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (no-call, no-show) will also be charged the remaining balance due.
A 30% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits cannot be applied to cancelled appointments or transferred to future appointments unless otherwise stated by management.

With the exception of consultations and clearances, every appointment includes a 15-minute grace period built into the scheduled time. This additional time is provided to accommodate minor delays while helping us stay on schedule for all clients. We kindly ask that you arrive on time whenever possible, as arriving beyond the grace period may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled.

No. Deposits are non-refundable, and refunds are not provided once a service has been rendered.
If you are dissatisfied with your service or experience any concerns, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment. We are committed to your satisfaction and will gladly evaluate the concern and, when appropriate, provide a complimentary corrective service.
For retail products, all sales are final. Once a product leaves the office, it cannot be returned or exchanged, regardless of whether it has been opened. This policy also applies to products shipped directly to you.
