The suites located inside the office are designed for licensed wellness, and cosmetic professionals who are ready to operate their own independent businesses in a luxury, professional environment.

All suite renters are independent business owners, not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Jazmin W. Aesthetic Studio. Each professional is solely responsible for operating and managing their own business, including scheduling, pricing, services, products, client communication, licensing, insurance, taxes, and business practices.

While the facility provides a beautiful workspace, shared amenities, and a supportive professional environment, each suite renter maintains complete control over their individual business and client experience. Clients book directly with the provider of their choice, and all services are performed independently by that provider.

Suite 1 (Daily Rental Suite) - Medium (106 sq. ft) $75 per day or $240 per week, with 4 days or more
